What we can offer from Mathematical and Computational Tools in Animal and Human studies:

  •   Software for acquisition, real time time-spectroscopy, RT- numeric and monitoring of electrical brain activity (Unlimited number of acquisition channels at high sampling rates with unlimited real-time  computation capacity based on embedded DSP computers of latest generation); Complex imaging including 3D real-time
  • Our own MATLAB Library for analysis of brain signals:  Variety of spectroscopy tools, wavelet and fractal analysis in time domain with reach graphics




What we can offer in MRI/fMRI acquisitions, techniques and analytic tools:

  •  State of the art MRI/fMRI and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI)
          - Eight channel Head Matrix in supporting integrated parallel acquisition techniques (IPAT)
          - A high gradient system (40mT/m)
          - EPI acquisition with motion correction packages

          - ECG signal and frequency
