 The main research lines:

  •  Development of algorithms for analysis and classification of brain electrical/magnetically activity
          - Time-variant, multivariate, linear and non-linear analysis
    of directed information transfer
          - Phase synchronization analysis
          - Model-based analysis of oscillations
          - Classification by (dynamic) artificial neural networks
          - Generalized Dynamic Causal Modeling
  • Development of multivariate statistical methods : Multiple and global tests, clinical trials




What it is offered to the other NEUROMATH partners :

  • Methods for the analysis of simultaneously recorded MEG/EEG and fMRI/EEG data
  • Training of PhD students
  • Participation in workshops of the National Bernstein Network “Computational Neuroscience” (Bernstein Group Jena)
