- Development of algorithms for analysis and classification of brain electrical/magnetically activity
- Time-variant, multivariate, linear and non-linear analysis
of directed information transfer
- Phase synchronization analysis
- Model-based analysis of oscillations
- Classification by (dynamic) artificial neural networks
- Generalized Dynamic Causal Modeling - Development of multivariate statistical methods : Multiple and global tests, clinical trials
